Dr. Kenneth O. Gangel entered into the presence of His Lord on Thursday morning, June 18, at the age of 74.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, including his longtime colleagues at Dallas Theological Seminary. Dr. Gangel served at Dallas Theological Seminary in several capacities including Chairman and Professor of Christian Education (1982-1992), Vice President for Academic Affairs, Academic Dean, and Senior Professor (1992-1997), and Distinguished Professor Emeritus (1997-2009).
